Booking / Appointment Policy
Your appointment with us is pending receipt of a booking deposit. If you decide to retain us for tax or other services, we will apply your deposit toward those services. Clients who are unavailable to meet during their scheduled appointment time must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or forfeit the deposit.
If you made your appointment over the internet, you must confirm your appointment within 48 hours with the deposit or the appointment time will be opened to another client.
You may call our office to pay your booking fee with a credit card over the phone, or print the form below and complete the transaction by emailing, uploading, or mailing the form to our office with payment enclosed.
